Cancellation & Recurring Billing Policy

At The Pattern Trader, we strive to provide our members with high-quality services. By subscribing to our membership plans, you agree to the following cancellation and recurring billing terms.


1. Recurring Billing
Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected at the time of purchase). You will be billed for the next billing cycle at the end of your current period. The renewal will occur on the same day of the month or year as your initial purchase date, and the payment will be processed automatically using the payment information on file.


2. Cancellation Notice
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your membership at least three (3) days before your renewal date. If you fail to cancel your membership at least three days prior to the renewal date, your membership will be automatically renewed for the next billing cycle, and the applicable fee will be charged to your account.


3. No Partial Refunds We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time. Once your membership is canceled, you will continue to have access to all the benefits of your membership until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the billing cycle.


4. How to Cancel
To cancel your membership, follow the steps below:

Visit the "My Account" section.

Follow the provided steps to cancel your membership.

5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and billing policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes through email or by updating the relevant sections of this policy on our Site.


6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe there has been an error in billing or a dispute regarding your account or charges, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve any discrepancies, in accordance with our terms and policies.
